Punarnavadi Guggul - a classic Ayurvedic preparation for the treatment and prevention of the genitourinary system and related disorders such as kidney stones, gout, lower back pain, cystitis, urethritis, and others.
Punarnava is a plant that tones the urinary system and prevents infections and other urinary tract problems. Punarnava means "renew." This plant rejuvenates the kidneys by renewing kidney tissues. Punarnava is a diuretic.
Punarnavadi Guggul removes excess Kapha dosha, relieves joint stiffness, and has a lubricating effect on tissues.
Punarnavadi Guggul ensures proper fluid movement in the body, helps in the removal of stones and toxins from the urinary tract. Traditionally, this remedy is used for Kapha disorders such as obesity, urinary stones, fluid retention, and Kapha type arthritis. In Kapha type arthritis, the joints are cold to the touch, stiff, and swollen. Pain is usually in the morning and improves with movement.
Punarnavadi Guggul is a remedy for eliminating excess Kapha in the body.
