Yogaraj Guggul (Yogaraj Guggul, Yogaraj Guggulu) is a rejuvenating preparation that has a comprehensive therapeutic effect on the bone and digestive systems, cleansing them of toxins.
Yogaraj Guggul is a royal medicinal formula for joint health. Traditionally, this preparation is used in India for disorders of the nervous system and musculoskeletal problems associated with Vata imbalance. The composition of the product is quite complex and includes about 30 plant-mineral ingredients that act as antioxidants on the musculoskeletal system. Such a preparation will be useful for maintaining the health of joints, muscle tissues, and the nervous system, as well as a general tonic.
It has a powerful effect on the human body in two directions. On the one hand, it acts as Rasayana - rejuvenates tissues, boosts immunity, cleanses from toxins and wastes. On the other hand, it acts as a medicinal preparation and is used against a wide range of diseases, including joint diseases, neuritis, inflammation of peripheral nerves, sciatica, neurasthenia, diseases of the nervous system (epilepsy), premenstrual syndrome, obesity, atherosclerosis, chronic gastritis, chronic hepatitis, cholecystitis, pancreatitis, colitis, enteritis, chronic gastric and duodenal ulcers, hemorrhoids, inflammatory skin diseases (eczema), dermatitis, etc.
One of the main components of Yogaraj is the resin of the Guggul tree, which grows in India and has many beneficial properties. It is one of the most potent means to lower cholesterol levels in the blood. At the same time, it is absolutely nontoxic.
Guggul stimulates the self-regulation centers in the body, eliminates waste at the cellular level, improves microcirculation of blood in joint tissues and spine, activates cartilage regeneration. It removes insoluble salts from the body, and after using the preparation, joint pain quickly disappears, and swelling subsides.

Active Ingredients: Guggul (Commiphora mukul). Guggul resin is obtained from the balsam tree, has pronounced healing properties, and is widely used to create Ayurvedic preparations. The resin itself has powerful cleansing properties, normalizes kidney function, removes stones and sand from them, as well as waste, toxins, and metals, exerting a significant absorbing effect on the body. In turn, cleansing the body contributes to rejuvenation and increased efficiency of vital systems. Guggul normalizes metabolism, lowers cholesterol levels, stimulates the thyroid gland's function. Increases the number of white blood cells, suppresses tumors, reduces swelling. Moreover, it has the ability to combine and enhance the healing qualities of all the ingredients in the preparation.
Himalayan Cedar (Cedrus deodara). A plant with powerful antibacterial properties. Used to treat joint diseases, rheumatism, skin diseases, poorly healing ulcers, bronchopulmonary diseases: tuberculosis, respiratory diseases.
Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris). It is an aphrodisiac. Rejuvenates the urogenital system. Helps with liver, kidney, and joint diseases. Increases the tone of the urogenital system, removes excess fluid from the body, helps get rid of kidney stones, and restores Vata dosha balance. In kidney diseases, it acts as a tonic, rejuvenating their tissues. Provides a calming effect on nervous disorders, has a positive effect in diabetes.
Nagarmotha (Cyperus rotundus). It is a general tonic for the whole body. Used for general weakness, cleansing from waste and toxins, bronchopulmonary diseases. It has strong antioxidant, antimicrobial, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, soothing, and cooling properties. An antioxidant protects the body from harmful radicals, prolongs youth, preserves beauty, improves vision, enhances immunity. Accelerates metabolism, improves digestion, and restores the food assimilation processes.
Application: 1-4 tablets twice a day in the morning and evening, 20-30 minutes before meals.
Contraindications: It is not recommended to take preparations containing Guggul during pregnancy, lactation, or in diseases affected by hormonal changes because Guggul may have estrogen-like properties in the body. For the same reason, preparations containing Guggul should not be taken together with preparations containing estrogen hormone or stimulating its production.
In case of thyroid disorders, preparations containing Guggul can only be taken after individual consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor.
Guggul should not be taken within 2 weeks after surgery, as its intake increases the risk of bleeding.
When taking high doses of Guggul, the following side effects may occur: nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, headaches. Guggul can cause an allergic reaction manifested by itching.
