Sudarshan is an excellent remedy for colds, flu, and runny nose. At the first signs of a cold, you can immediately use Sudarshan. If you have a severe cold, feel weak and unwell, or have the flu, fever, runny nose, or sore throat, Sudarshan will effectively and quickly provide relief. You can take the tablets with warm water or tea, or eat a little honey.
Description: Sudarshan tablets contain wonderful anti-cold herbal compositions such as a decoction of Sudarshan churna. The main component of the classic Ayurvedic remedy for colds - Sudarshan churna is Swertia Chirata, which reduces fever, improves metabolism, supports liver function, cleanses the blood of toxins, and is an excellent antiseptic.
Purpose: cold, flu, malaise, weakness, fever, boosts immunity.
Usage: 2-3 tablets twice a day one hour before meals.
