Ayurvedic preparation "Sinhadi Guggul" or "Singhanadi Guggul" (depending on the translation) is used for diseases of Vata dosha. Sinhadi Guggul is used in the treatment of diseases of the upper respiratory tract, asthma, chest pain, heart pain, and abdominal pain. The active components of the preparation eliminate salt deposits, dissolve gout, the preparation is beneficial for rheumatism, stomach disorders, depression, and paralysis.
Sinhadi Guggul or Singhnadi Guggulu is a mixture of trifala and sulfur, with the addition of castor oil. The resulting product is mixed in guggul resin, which enhances the beneficial properties of the medicine. The preparation procedure is followed according to the recipes described in Ayurvedic textbooks.

Trifala, in the composition of this preparation, gently cleanses the intestines. Sulfur neutralizes toxins, and Guggul combines and enhances the action of these substances.

Sinhadi Guggul is prescribed for diseases caused by high ama (toxins). Excess ama (toxins) accumulates in the stomach, hindering the normal digestion of food. As a result, more food has to be consumed to obtain the necessary nutrients. This, in turn, leads to fat accumulation. When there is too much ama (toxins) in the stomach, they begin to penetrate the blood and spread throughout the body, poisoning it. The consequences of dirty blood can be seen in the form of tongue coating, boils, and acne. Sinhadi Guggul removes excess ama and mucus from the intestines, normalizes its function, and thereby heals the entire body.
