Mumie Shilajit is a complex chemical formation, known as "mountain resin," which is a well-water-soluble mixture of organic and inorganic substances. It contains 28 chemical elements, micro- and macro-elements, metal oxides, amino acids, resin-like substances, and essential oils. All of these are necessary to maintain the body's balance. In Ayurveda, mumie is considered one of the main Rasayana agents, which means rejuvenation of the body and giving it strength.

Mumie Shilajit is produced from a mixture extracted in the mountains of Tibet and the Himalayas. For medical purposes, mumie is purified from impurities while adhering to all hygienic standards.

It is noteworthy that the minerals in Shilajit are not analogous to the minerals in dietary supplements available on the market. These are minerals in ionic form that were absorbed by plants from the earth and air, then returned to the earth. Thus, they are easily and fully absorbed by all cells of the body.
