This is a natural remedy and has no side effects or contraindications.

Pudin Hara quickly relieves stomach pain, spasms, colic, and flatulence. Effectively fights infections, restores stomach microflora.

Pudin Hara will take a worthy place in the home medicine cabinet or traveler's first aid kit. During travels, when consuming unfamiliar food or unfiltered water, the stomach can often react. Pudin Hara is a good and safe solution to this problem.

Indications: flatulence, colonic spasms, bloating, stomach upset.

Active ingredients:

Peppermint (Mentha piperata). The main active component of mint preparations is menthol, contained in the plant's essential oil. In addition to essential oil, mint contains: terpenoids (limonene, cineole, dipentene), carotene, rutin, ascorbic, ursolic, oleanolic acids, flavonoids, tannins, trace elements. Mint has anti-inflammatory, cooling, antiseptic, antibacterial, sedative, analgesic, tonic, carminative, anthelmintic, diaphoretic, diuretic, laxative properties.

In medicine, mint leaves are part of stomach, carminative, sedative, and choleretic teas, mint drops for nausea as an appetite stimulant, and antispasmodic stomach remedy.

Usage: for adults - 1 capsule 2-3 times a day, for children - 1 capsule per day.

Not recommended for children under 12 years old.
