Short Description

Tinospora Cordifolia or "Guduchi" is a widely known herb in Asia. In Sanskrit, "Guduchi" means "that which protects your body." This vine has been used for thousands of years as a remedy that restores health and strength after illnesses. It is said that Guduchi is even used for snake bites, poisonous insect bites, and various infectious diseases such as fever, jaundice, and dysentery. Additionally, Tinospora is traditionally used as a natural remedy to improve memory and other cognitive functions.

Pharmacological action:

1. Effective in treating various fevers and other infectious diseases.

2. Helps increase the effectiveness of protective leukocytes (white blood cells) that fight infection.

3. Enhances the immune response to infections by affecting various immune effector cells and

provides early recovery.

Indications:

- Antibacterial therapy;

- Respiratory, skin, or soft tissue infections;

- Infected wounds, especially in the context of diabetes;

- Other immune impairments.

It is also recommended for use during recovery after prolonged and severe illnesses, surgeries, or chemotherapy.
