Diabeton-A is a hypoglycemic agent that brings rapid improvement to the body. The effectiveness of the drug formula is achieved thanks to a unique complex of plants that exhibit insulin-like properties. Their action is based on the stimulation of beta cells of the pancreas, which increases the level of endogenous insulin secretion.

Diabeton-A increases the glycogen content in muscle tissue and liver and provides an increase in C-peptide levels. With antioxidant properties, the drug protects b-cells from oxidation. By reducing the level of glycosylated hemoglobin and normalizing microalbuminuria, the drug minimizes prospective diabetic complications. In more complex forms of the disease (insulin-dependent diabetes), the drug is recommended to be taken together with the main therapy medications.

Action:

Along with potentiating the insulin-secretory action of glucose, the drug increases the sensitivity of capillaries in peripheral tissues to insulin and stimulates the activity of intracellular enzymes, restores the early peak of insulin secretion, and reduces postprandial peak hyperglycemia. With the use of the drug, the time distance from the moment of food intake to the onset of insulin secretion is significantly reduced. Diabeton-A improves blood microcirculation. With a decrease in platelet adhesion and aggregation, vascular fibrinolytic activity increases, and vessel permeability improves. Against the background of these processes, the development of microthrombosis and atherosclerosis is restrained.

Indications:

Insulin-independent diabetes (type II), where the glucose concentration in the blood plasma is normal or maintained at the threshold of diabetic level;

relative insulin deficiency;

Precautions and limitations:

Diabetic ketoacidosis (sharp increase in glucose levels), precoma (progressive exacerbation of the disease) and coma; pregnancy and lactation; individual intolerance or increased sensitivity to the drug;

Application:

The dosage and course of treatment are determined by the doctor individually for each patient. In the initial stage and mild forms of diabetes, the drug can be taken as a standalone therapeutic agent. Orally take 1-2 tablets in the morning and evening after meals. Drink with warm water.
