Usage:
For fibrocystic mastopathy, take Cruel for 3 months - 1 capsule in the morning and evening, along with Dashamula, Varunadi Kashaya, and Kanchanar Guggulu. It is recommended to follow a diet that pacifies Kapha and eliminates Ama.
For early-stage colon cancer, it is recommended to take Cruel 1 capsule in the morning and evening, along with Triphala Guggulu, Sukhdata, Shiva Gutika. The course should be at least 3 months. If necessary, it can be repeated after 1-2 months. Also, it is recommended to take Triphala Guggulu 2 capsules in the morning and evening.
For tuberculosis, take Cruel 1 capsule in the morning for 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the body's condition, along with Agastya Haritaki and Kushmanda Avaleha. After a two-month break, the course should be repeated.
For breast, uterine, liver, and pancreatic cancer, it is necessary to take Cruel 1 capsule per day, along with Dashamula, Varunadi Kashaya, and Kanchanar Guggulu, as well as herbs that stimulate blood circulation, enhance blood circulation, and eliminate stagnation such as turmeric, saffron, Manjishtha Ghan Vati, and Guggulu.
For abscesses, ulcers, and other skin diseases, take Cruel along with Neem extract, Raktda Shodak, Manjishtha Ghan Vati, turmeric, or Kaishori Guggulu. It can also be used for Pitta-type allergies.
Precautions: Watch your diet - a light vegetarian diet is preferred, free of cholesterol and high in protein. Food should be freshly prepared. Also, reduce the consumption of fried and spicy foods.
Take Cruel only after eating! If you experience nausea, drink Arogyavardhini as a cholagogue.
