Active ingredients: Saffron (Crocus sativus). This spice is capable of destroying cancer cells, is a tonic for the nervous system, helps with stress and depression, is an aphrodisiac, can cleanse the liver and kidneys, lymphatic system, and blood.
Amla (Emblica officinalis). Helps normalize blood glucose levels, supports heart health. In 100g of the fruit pulp of this plant, there is 30 times more vitamin C than in an orange. Amla strengthens teeth and bones, promotes hair growth, improves digestion, metabolism, boosts immunity. Helps synthesize hemoglobin, cleanses the liver and other internal organs of toxins. The fruit has a rejuvenating effect, neutralizes and removes heavy metals and free radicals.
Sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum). Source of easily digestible carbohydrates, essential for ATP synthesis - the body's energy source. Shankhpushpi (Evoluvus pluricaulis). A plant that improves brain function and positively affects the nervous system similar to Brahmi. Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus). Considered the best tonic for the female reproductive system, it treats many related diseases, even those considered quite serious. Saponins, hormone-like substances contained in Shatavari, are very similar to those produced by the body itself, which is why many miraculous properties of the plant arise. This preparation has a positive effect on lactation, rejuvenates tissues, normalizes hormone levels and menstrual cycle, relieves spasms, regulates the gastrointestinal tract, and cleanses the lymphatic system. Application:
For constipation and intestinal disorders - take 1/2 tsp twice a day, before meals, together with Triphala (1/2 tsp).
For hepatitis - 1 tsp twice a day, before meals, along with a strict diet and bitter herbs, for at least a month.
For heart diseases - with hawthorn berries, saffron, Arjuna, or special heart-normalizing preparations prescribed by a doctor. Dosage - 1/2 tsp twice a day before meals for preventive purposes and 1 tsp during attacks.
For female infertility - 1 tsp with milk or water at night, along with Shilajit (Mumie) or Chandraprabha vati (2 tablets), for a course of at least three months.
For various ovarian disorders and hormonal changes in the body, Rasayana should be taken with milk and saffron twice a day before meals for about two months. For fibroids - 1 tsp twice a day, along with Hira Bhasma and Kanchanar Guggul. Course duration is three months.
For arterial hypertension - 1/2 tsp twice a day along with Brahmi and Ashwagandha (2 tablets or 1/2 tsp).
For insomnia - 1/2 tsp twice a day, along with Ashwagandha or preparations containing Sarpagandha.
For gastritis with high acidity, stomach, and duodenal ulcers, take 1/2 tsp of Rasayana with milk and turmeric, 30 minutes after eating.
For nervous exhaustion - along with Brahmi. The preparation is recommended to be taken as prescribed and under the supervision of a specialist.
Contraindications: diabetes, individual intolerance to the drug or its components.
